Operated by the not-for-profit Fairview Parkwood Communities and supported by 23 Mennonite and Brethren in Christ congregations, Parkwood has proudly served the region for nearly 60 years.

Independent Living Apartments at Parkwood Suites

• 11 bright, spacious one- and two-bedroom units

• Sizes range from 605 to 1,119 sq. ft. with four unique layouts

• Large windows, open living-dining areas, and ensuite washer and dryer

• Kitchens include stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and breakfast bar

• Residents can cook in their own kitchens or choose to dine in the community dining room

• Rent includes:

  • Heat, hydro, water

  • Access to lounges and social areas

  • Occupancy for up to two residents per suite

This option is ideal for older adults looking to live independently while still being part of a vibrant and supportive community.

Garden Homes

• Designed for active seniors looking for the privacy of a stand-alone home

• Offers easy access to campus amenities while maintaining independence

• Great for couples or individuals who prefer more space and a traditional home setting

Supportive Living & Assisted Living
