Wesburn Manor is a 192-bed long-term care home designed to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for residents requiring 24-hour nursing and personal care. The residence features a four-storey building with six distinct home areas, each accommodating 32 residents. This thoughtful layout fosters a sense of community while ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention from a dedicated team of health professionals, including access to a doctor. Residents benefit from essential services such as bedding and furniture, laundry and housekeeping, meals, personal hygiene supplies, and medical equipment, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The home offers a variety of recreational and social programs, enriching the lives of residents through engagement and interaction. Facilities such as a gift shop, hair salon, activity room, and worship centre further enhance the community atmosphere, providing spaces for relaxation, connection, and spiritual fulfillment. Wesburn Manor also prioritizes specialized services, including Behavioral Support Programs that address the unique needs of residents with cognitive or neurological symptoms. This approach promotes optimal quality of life through tailored assessments and interventions. Additionally, the residence provides dedicated palliative and end-of-life care, ensuring that residents are supported in a manner that respects their goals and choices. Families traveling from out of town can request overnight accommodations, allowing them to remain close during critical times.
