The residence features a combination of 100 private beds and 50 basic beds, ensuring that individuals receive personalized attention tailored to their needs. Access to a doctor and a team of health professionals is readily available, allowing for consistent medical oversight and comprehensive care. Residents benefit from a range of essential services, including bedding and furniture, laundry, housekeeping, meals, personal hygiene supplies, and medical equipment such as catheters, ostomy bags, and wound-care supplies. Dedicated staff assist with medication management and activities of daily living, promoting dignity and comfort in every aspect of life within the home. A variety of recreation and social programs are offered, fostering engagement and community among residents. In addition to standard care, Extendicare Brampton provides specialized services such as dental care, foot care, hairdressing, pastoral care, and physiotherapy. The home also features a Convalescent Care Program, which includes 12 basic beds designated for short-stay rehabilitation. This program is designed for individuals transitioning from hospital care, offering nursing, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy services to support residents in regaining their full function before returning home.
