Extendicare Tri-Town is a 60-bed long-term care home that provides a nurturing and supportive environment for residents requiring 24-hour nursing and personal care. The residence features a variety of accommodations, including six private rooms, thirty semi-private rooms, and twenty basic rooms, ensuring that each resident's needs are met with compassion and attention. Access to a doctor and other health professionals is readily available, allowing for consistent medical oversight and personalized care tailored to individual requirements. Residents at Extendicare Tri-Town benefit from essential services such as bedding and furniture, laundry and housekeeping, meals, personal hygiene supplies, and medical equipment, including catheters, ostomy bags, and wound care supplies. Staff members are dedicated to assisting with medication management and all activities of daily living, fostering an environment where residents can maintain their dignity and comfort. A variety of recreation and social programs are offered, promoting engagement and well-being within the community. In addition to long-term care, the home provides a short-stay bed for respite care, allowing caregivers temporary relief while ensuring that individuals receive the same level of service and support as long-stay residents. Additional services such as pastoral care, palliative care, and hairdressing/barber services further enhance the quality of life for residents.
