Partners Community Health (PCH) is proud to introduce Wellbrook Place East, a state-of-the-art long-term care community designed to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for seniors in Mississauga, Ontario. About Wellbrook Place

Wellbrook Place consists of two modern long-term care homesWellbrook Place East and Wellbrook Place West—along with a dedicated seniors hub. Located at 2180 Speakman Drive in Mississauga, the homes have a combined 632 beds and are designed to deliver a new model of care that puts people first. As part of Partners Community Health’s larger vision, Wellbrook Place integrates collaborative care models with community partnerships to enhance the resident experience.

Our homes are designed around a social model of care, providing individualized support based on each resident’s unique needs and personalities. Residents benefit from high-quality clinical services, specialized programming, and engaging social activities in a comfortable, home-like environment.

Visitor Policy

We encourage family members and friends to visit residents at their convenience. For safety reasons, our doors are locked at 11 p.m., and after-hours visits must be coordinated with PCH staff. Please review our visitor policy prior to your visit to ensure a smooth experience.

Our comprehensive emergency management plan covers various scenarios, including fire response, missing resident protocols, and evacuation procedures.
