Serving the York / South Simcoe for over 15 years, Memories+ is now pleased to offer our nurse managed homecare services in the Simcoe county; including Barrie and surrounding area, Wasaga Beach, and Collingwood. We are local in all of areas that we serve, And we Care!

Approach to Care
All of our care is fully customized to your specific needs and wants. And because our care is nurse case-managed, the first step is always a warm and friendly meeting with our nurse to get to know you. Only then can we ensure that our care plan is tailored to fit YOU.
Care Team
Our care team is made up of a mix of certified Personal Support Workers (PSWs), internationally trained nurses (RNs) and RPNs. Our staff bring multiple languages and varied degrees of experience in specific areas such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, etc. When selecting a caregiver or care team for you, we consider many factors, including culture, availability, skill set, and personality. Your care team is always hand picked to suit your needs!
