Qualicare provides personalized care and support for individuals and families throughout the changing stages of life. Our Guelph team offers medical and non-medical home care, residential cleaning, and end-of-life doula services, with a focus on compassionate, reliable, and coordinated support. Levels of Care
We support a wide range of care needs, from companionship, personal care, respite, meal preparation, and support with daily activities to more complex care needs requiring additional coordination and oversight. Our team can support individuals living with dementia and other chronic or complex conditions, those transitioning home after a hospital stay, and families navigating palliative or end-of-life care. We also provide end-of-life doula support, helping individuals and families with comfort, presence, planning, and practical support during this important stage of life. Our services can be tailored to changing needs, whether support is needed for a few hours, overnight, or on an ongoing basis.

Care Team
Our Guelph care team includes Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), residential cleaning specialists, and an end-of-life doula. Depending on an individual’s needs, the appropriate team members are selected based on their skills, experience, availability, and the specific requirements of the care plan, with consideration given to the individual’s preferences and personality for the best possible fit.
