Our care team may include: Registered Nurses (RNs) – Comprehensive nursing assessments, acute and complex care, care planning, medication management, wound care, post-surgical care, palliative care, and clinical oversight. Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) – Skilled nursing care, medication administration, chronic disease management, wound care, and ongoing health monitoring. Personal Support Workers (PSWs) – Personal care, mobility assistance, dementia care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and activities of daily living. Companions – Meaningful social engagement, emotional support, cognitive stimulation, community outings, transportation to appointments, and assistance with daily routines. Rehabilitation Support Workers – Support with prescribed exercises, mobility, strength, and functional independence under the guidance of rehabilitation professionals.
