Approach to Care
Qualicare’s 360° Holistic Care Approach delivers comprehensive & personalized support through a local Care Expert who develops and manages a care plan addressing five key areas of need. Covering personal care, specialized care, emotional care, family care and coordinated care.
Care Team
Our team comprises the Managing Director, Care Coordinators, RNs, RPNs, PSWs and other specialists. We custom match each client with the right caregiver after looking at that profile of the client and the caregivers. We make sure that the caregiver has the right skills to meet the client needs.
Certifications, Licenses & Training
All nurses are licensed by College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and all personal support workers have PSW certification from recognized institutions. We are a member of the Canadian Home Care Association.
Initial Assessment Overview Qualicare Home Care Milton
Care Coordinator does an in-home assessment at the client's location. The assessment takes 2 hours during which the care coordinator understands physical and psychosocial needs of the client and the family requirements. A safety assessment is also carried out during this visit. The care coordinator then develops a customized care plan.
