The community offers three distinct phases of accommodation to cater to varying levels of resident needs: 1. Independent Living: This phase is ideal for seniors who can live independently but wish to enjoy a community lifestyle. Residents maintain their own apartments, which are one- or two-bedroom units with full kitchens and bathrooms, while having access to on-site amenities and emergency care services. 2. Retirement Home Living: This level provides additional support while maintaining independence. Accommodations include studio units and one- or two-bedroom suites, with an all-inclusive package that features 24-hour attendant care, medication dispensing, light housekeeping, and three meals a day. 3. Assisted Living: Designed for seniors who require more personal care, this phase offers a home environment with dedicated staff to assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and grooming. Residents enjoy private rooms and bathrooms, along with access to social spaces.
