Chartwell Isabella is an independent living retirement residence located in the historic Fort William area of Thunder Bay. Set on the grounds of a former schoolhouse, the home is surrounded by quiet, tree-lined streets and well-kept century homes. Many suites offer private patios, allowing residents to enjoy fresh air and views of the neighbourhood. Levels of Care
Chartwell Isabella offers Independent Living with the option to add support through the Care Assist program. Residents can choose services such as: Medication management Help with morning and evening routines Bathing and showering assistance Escort assistance to meals and activities Monitoring of vitals Nightly security checks Care plans can be increased or reduced as needs change, helping residents stay in their suites longer without having to move.
Accommodation Options
Residents can choose from studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom suites, all designed for independent living. Suites include a kitchenette, individual thermostat, emergency response system, and access to storage and outdoor parking. Some units also offer private patios or balconies, as well as views of Mt. McKay or the surrounding historic neighbourhood. All suites are pet friendly.

2-Bedroom Suites
