Levels of Care
King Place serves highly independent seniors and features bright, clean, and spacious apartments. The independent living program includes a choice of accommodation, delicious meals and snacks, personalized care plans, 24/7 emergency response, daily fitness and life enrichment programs, use of all amenities, and weekly housekeeping.
Accommodation Options
King Place offers a choice of spacious and modern studios with walk-in showers, safety bars, in-suite climate control, call bells, and large bay windows. The rooms are designed for both independent and assisted living, and residents can choose to furnish their space or bring their own furnishings from home.
Studio Suites
The studio floor plan includes an open and customizable layout with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a large full closet, in-room climate control, a large bay window, and premium laminate flooring. Residents can choose the paint color of their choice and have access to a call bell system.
1-Bedroom Suites
The one-bedroom floor plan includes a separate bedroom, living area, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It features two large bay windows, a walk-in closet, an additional large closet, a kitchenette or optional second bathroom, in-room climate control, premium laminate flooring, and a call bell system.
Support Services
King Place is designed to assist you in maintaining a balanced life, focusing on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. Our dedicated nurses and care providers can assist with medications and day-to-day activities, including getting up and ready for your day, continence services, bathing services, and getting ready for bed. If you are receiving help at home from the LHIN or private service providers, you can continue to access those services while living with us. Personalized care services include medication management, personal assistance in mornings and evenings, portering, cueing, dining assistance, and bathing and grooming assistance.

King Place offers a vibrant coffee corner full of delicious snacks, a busy multi-denominational chapel, and busy activity rooms including a craft room, theatre room, library, and shuffleboard room.
