What makes Qualicare Home Care North York different is our nurse-managed approach. Our Executive Director is a Registered Nurse with over 18 years of experience, mostly in critical care, and brings that clinical perspective to every client. We stay involved as needs change, so your family always has a knowledgeable partner to turn to.
Care Team
Your loved one's care team is led by our nurse leadership and includes Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and our scheduling and care coordination staff, with your loved one and family at the centre. We match caregivers on care needs, skills, experience, availability, personality and routines, and we work with other health professionals involved in your loved one's care when needed. Ongoing nurse oversight and family feedback help us keep the right match as needs change.
