It is supported by the Gwyneth and Donald Metcalfe Memorial Fund, ensuring all travel costs associated with social activities are free for residents. Partnerships are in place for dental, hearing, mobility needs, lab services, mobile X-ray imaging, specialized nursing, foot care, and hair care services. Behavioral Supports Ontario (BSO) works with a mobile team in partnership with the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance.

Amenities include whirlpool baths, an on-site beauty salon, and physiotherapy services provided by Achieva Health.
