The residence offers open spaces for activities both indoors and out, along with cozy lounges for quiet visits with friends and family. Eden Villa provides affordable rates for those who are retired or in need of extra care and can no longer live on their own.

Levels of Care

Retirement living at Eden Villa offers a safe place for seniors to live with friends and loved ones, allowing them to focus on activities they enjoy while maintaining their independence. Assisted Living is designed for individuals who need help with Activities of Daily Living but wish to live as independently as possible, bridging the gap between independent living and long-term care. Respite care provides short-term relief for recovery after surgery or illness, offering caregivers a much-needed break.

Eden Villa is a one-level home offering accommodations designed for accessibility and comfort. The residence provides a safe and welcoming environment for those who are retired or need extra care.

Support Services

Eden Villa provides 24-hour nursing care from devoted Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers, medication administration and monitoring, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and dental care. There is a 24-hour emergency call system, individualized care plans with monthly reviews, and incontinence management. Additional services include healthcare monitoring, communication with family and physicians, and scheduling of transportation for appointments and outings. Customized care may include oxygen care and colostomy management.

Amenities

The residence features onsite hairdressing and barbering services, professional footcare, and a professional management team available both on-site and on-call. Daily housekeeping services include delivery of clean towels and linen, bed making, and garbage pickup, while weekly personal laundry services are also provided.

Activities

Eden Villa offers a variety of activities planned on a monthly calendar, including arts and crafts, sing-alongs, and musical performances. Arts and crafts sessions focus on fine motor skills and social connection, while sing-alongs with the Wellness Coordinator, Emma, provide opportunities for residents to engage with music. Entertainment includes performances by big bands, barbershop quartets, and other musicians. Exercise programs such as ball and resistance band exercises, and VON Exercise classes, focus on improving strength, mobility, and overall health.

Dining

Eden Villa offers a dining experience with three nutritious meals served daily at 8:30am, 12:00pm, and 5:00pm, along with snacks and refreshments at 2:00pm and 7:30pm. Therapeutic and modified diets are accommodated through physician orders and dietitian assessments. The residence uses a 3-week meal plan rotation that changes with the seasons.
