Oaks Retirement Village provides a variety of residency options that can evolve with your needs:

Permanent Retirement Living

• Accommodates up to 88 residents in spacious studio, one-bedroom, and one-bedroom + den suites

• All suites include:

  • Kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer and microwave

  • Three-piece accessible washroom with walk-in shower, built-in seat, and adjustable shower head

  • In-suite resident-controlled heating and cooling

  • Landline phone and internet service

Courtyard walkout access is available in select units.

Memory Care Wing

• A secured main-floor wing designed for up to 25 residents living with memory loss

• Fully accessible private suites, similar in design to the main residence, with added safety and supervision

• Cable, internet, and phone services included

• Compassionate staff trained in memory care support

Respite and Trial Stays

• Short-term program available for 21 to 90 days

• Ideal for caregiver relief, post-hospital recovery, or trial experiences

• Four levels of care:

  • Independent

  • Minimal Care

  • Direct Cueing + Minimal Care

  • Full Assistance

• Daily rate determined by assessment from the Care Services Manager

All-Inclusive Services: Comfort Without Compromise

All residents benefit from a generous suite of services included in their monthly fee:

• 24-Hour Security Monitoring

• Reception and Concierge Services

• Weekly housekeeping and suite cleaning

• Weekly bed linen change and personal laundry

• Scheduled local transportation for outings and appointments

• Access to recreation, wellness, and leisure programs

• Reasonable repairs and maintenance of appliances and fixtures

Health & Wellness: Compassionate Care That Evolves With You

Oaks' professional care team includes Registered Nurses, Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and Unregulated Care Providers (UCPs) who work together to deliver individualized health and wellness services in a safe and supportive setting.

Included care services:

• Health care management

• Medication administration (with some restrictions)

• 24-hour staffing for resident care or non-care needs

• State-of-the-art emergency call system in all suites

Additional care services (available for a fee following assessment):

• Morning and evening assistance

• Continence and bathing support

• Portering and enhanced medication management

Dining: Delicious Meals in a Welcoming Setting

Enjoy nutritious, chef-prepared meals in a bright, open dining area that encourages social connection and flexibility.

• Breakfast served from 7:30–9:00 AM with open seating

• Two seatings for lunch and dinner:

  • Seating A: 11:30 AM (lunch), 4:30 PM (dinner)

  • Seating B: 1:00 PM (lunch), 6:00 PM (dinner)

• Guests are welcome—meal chits available at concierge

  • Breakfast: $6 | Lunch: $9 | Dinner: $13
