Memory Care (Terrace Club and Reminiscence) Sunrise offers two levels of memory care: Terrace Club for early to moderate memory loss Reminiscence for more advanced dementia Teams are trained in evidence-based dementia care, including the Validation method, which focuses on empathy and reducing stress. Memory care neighbourhoods are secure, comfortable, and designed to support independence and dignity. Short-Term and Respite Stays Short-term stays are available for recovery after illness or surgery, when a caregiver is away, or for those who want to try the residence. Stays include full access to meals, programs, personal support, and 24-hour care. Sunrise also offers the Road Home Program, a 30-day stay designed for people coming directly from hospital or rehabilitation.
