Levels of Care
In addition to independent living, the residence offers 23 enhanced living suites to ensure changing needs are met with personalized hospitality and around-the-clock care. Independent living allows residents to live in their own private suites equipped with everything needed to feel at home. Assisted living is reserved for residents who require regular day-to-day assistance, offering complete peace of mind with exceptional care from highly qualified staff of personal support workers and nurses, available 24/7.
Accommodation Options
The residence offers studio, 1- and 2-bedroom suites, each equipped with heating and air conditioning with in-suite control, a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven, safety-equipped bathrooms with walk-in showers and grab bars, operable windows with window coverings, and a private balcony, French balcony, or walk-out terrace. Suites are secured with electronic door fobs and equipped with a fire alarm and sprinkler system. Washer/dryer connections are available in select suites or conveniently located on each floor, along with cable and internet services.
Support Services
Expect exceptional care from personal support workers and nurses available 24/7. Assisted living includes medication administration and care services, inclusive of base level morning and evening care, and assistance with bathing. An emergency nurse-call pendant or wristband is available for assisted living suites. Access to on-site registered nursing staff and medication management is available for an additional fee.

The residence offers five-star amenities and services, including two restaurants where guests are always welcome, a private dining room to entertain family and friends, landscaped gardens, and an outdoor terrace with barbecues. Underground reserved parking and storage lockers are available for an additional fee. Weekly housekeeping, maintenance and laundry service for towels and bed linens are provided, along with a full-service hair salon and barber shop.

Dining
The residence takes great pride in serving delicious food throughout the day. Residents enjoy a continental breakfast and two meals daily, plus access to an all-day bistro that serves coffee, tea, and desserts. Special theme nights and buffets are held throughout the year, and in the summer months, weekly barbeques take place on the spectacular outdoor terrace overlooking the Credit River.
