Your Nurse Care Coordinator looks at four areas, Personal Care & Household Tasks, Specialized & Complex Care, Companionship & Outings, and Care Planning & Coordination, so nothing gets missed. We match caregivers to each client by skills, personality, language and culture. Our team speaks 12 languages, including Cantonese, Mandarin, Greek, Portuguese and Spanish. Your Nurse Care Coordinator monitors care on an ongoing basis and updates the plan with you and your family as needs change.

Our team includes certified Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Registered Nurses (RNs), led by an RN Nurse Care Coordinator who oversees every care plan. All PSWs hold a recognized PSW certificate and complete a Vulnerable Sector Check before meeting a client, and every nurse is registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
