About Us
Always Best Care provides home support grounded in compassion, excellence and reliability, helping seniors and adults live safely and comfortably at home. Whether care is needed following a hospital stay, after a change in health, for dementia support, or simply to make everyday life more manageable, our team develops a personalized care plan and adjusts the level of support as needs evolve.
Levels of Care
We support a broad range of home care needs, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, companionship, respite, overnight care, and support following hospitalization or a significant change in health. We have a particular focus on dementia care, creating personalized care plans and meaningful daily routines that promote comfort, engagement and quality of life, while also helping families understand and respond to changing needs.
Approach to Care
We are large enough to provide the caregivers, clinical resources and dependable coverage families need, yet small enough to remain personally involved in every client’s care. We place a strong emphasis on communication, responsiveness and follow-through, so families always know what is happening and feel supported as needs change. Our goal is not simply to arrange care, but to deliver a consistently higher level of service and attention.
Care Team
Each client is supported by a dedicated Care Manager who coordinates their care, maintains regular communication with the family and helps ensure a consistently high level of service. Our care team may include Personal Support Workers and Registered Practical Nurses, with guidance from our Registered Nurse Clinical Advisor for more complex care needs. During our complimentary consultation, we take time to understand the client’s care requirements, personality, routines, interests, likes and dislikes. We then select caregivers based not only on their skills and experience, but also on personal compatibility, with the goal of creating a comfortable and dependable match.

Always Best Care is licensed by the Province of Ontario as a Temporary Help Agency and is a proud member of Home Care Ontario, reflecting our commitment to responsible employment practices and professional accountability. Our Personal Support Workers and nurses undergo thorough screening, reference checks, hands-on orientation and ongoing education to help ensure they are prepared to provide safe, compassionate and dependable care.

Initial Assessment Overview Always Best Care Senior Services Greater Oakville Area
Our initial assessment begins with a complimentary consultation, typically conducted in the client’s home. A Care Manager meets with the client and family to understand current care needs, health concerns, routines, preferences, mobility, safety risks and the type of support the family is seeking. We also take time to learn about the client’s personality, interests, likes and dislikes so we can recommend an appropriate care plan and select caregivers who are both qualified and well matched. For more complex needs, our Registered Nurse Clinical Advisor may also provide guidance.
