We provide personalized, non-medical home care that includes personal support, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living. Our caregivers take the time to understand each client and family, tailoring care to their individual routines, preferences, and needs. At the heart of our approach is a simple commitment: to treat every client with kindness, respect, and integrity, while providing the highest level of personalized support possible.
Care Team
Our care team is made up of compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and caregivers who are committed to providing safe, respectful, and personalized support in the home. Each team member brings their own experience, skills, and training to the care they provide. Depending on the needs of each client, our care team may include caregivers with specialized training and designations such as Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Developmental Service Workers (DSWs), and dementia care training. Our caregivers are carefully selected and matched with clients based on their individual needs, preferences, and care requirements. We believe that great care starts with great people. Our team is focused not only on providing practical assistance with daily living, but also on building meaningful relationships, offering companionship, and helping clients feel safe, respected, and supported in their own homes.

Initial Conversation: We begin with a phone call to learn about you and your loved one. We want to understand what support is needed, answer your questions, and discuss how Cornerstone Caregiving can help. Assessment: We take the time to understand your routines, preferences, care needs, and goals. This helps us determine the right level of support and identify the type of caregiver who will be the best fit. Individualized Service Plan: Based on the information gathered, we create a personalized service plan and thoughtfully match you with a caregiver whose experience, skills, personality, and training align with your individual needs. Scheduled Service : Once everything is in place, care begins in the comfort of your home.
